At Kilura we believe that transformational relationships take the paradox out of how we conduct business.
Let me explain. We are all both individuals and members of groups or circles. Almost daily we make decisions that place those two realities in opposition. Do I do something for myself that others may not like or do I put others first and do something more rewarding for them than for myself?
Some say we must take care of ourselves before we can take care of others. The airplane oxygen mask is a good example, but more importantly, if all we do is prioritize our own needs over others, we would have no friends, no trust and no relationships.
We don’t have to choose, it is not about one or the other; it’s about trying to find the delicate balance between the two.
After 20 plus years in travel we have come to realise that only when our effort to work to our full potential includes working to help others in their lives, do we both find what we are looking for. Once the quest to fulfil “my” potential is replaced with the pursuit of “our” potential, we as a family, as a team, as an organisation, as a community can grow. Our values are: Family, Health, Transparency, Freedom, Honesty, Curiosity, Helping Nature, Discovery! Travel is the essence of our lives, we love what we do. Travel is our passion. Our purpose is helping others to travel in a meaningful way.
Vacation time is the most precious time of the year, therefore it makes sense to pay attention to all the ins and outs of destinations, local conditions, small print, weather, vaccinations, time differences etc.. No two customers are the same is an old maxim, today it is truer than ever. We exist because our passion matters to people who care.
